The Hotel Cass was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located to many of the main things to do in downtown Chicago. The breakfast area was very crowded, and the food, although not terrible, was repetitive. The room was perfect for our family of four.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. The breakfast was good however, The bagels were stale and when trying to get the eggs and such the lids would not stay up. You should move the plant by the juices and place the plates, bowls, etc for easier access for those who are vertically challenged. Felt on the bottom of the chairs they will move more easily and quieter.

Staff was very nice and hotel was clean. In a perfect location. The rooms were EXTREMELY SMALL- comfy but a bit too small to my liking. They had a big bfast bar for the morning with lots of seating.
