Outside this fantastic property, you will find a private swimming pool with dimensions of 4mx2m and a depth range from 1m to 2m. You can relax in the sun in the beautiful garden or have a drink with your companions in the dining area on the terrace. Please note that being in an urbanization there are neighbors around and privacy is partial.

Inside this one-storey house, you will find a beautiful living-dining room designed with exquisite taste. It is equipped with AC and Smart TV and is the ideal place to unwind reading a book. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can use either of the two bedrooms with AC available. One of them has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other has two single beds. Both are prepared to offer you the rest you deserve. Another bathroom with a shower completes the room. In the property, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
