Smells of mold, and bed bugs

The room smelt of mold, and the air conditioning did not work. When we complained we were switched to a different room, that had the same problems. We called to get the air conditioning operational many times and they said they were working on it. At the end, they added a 18% tax that was not on the price quoted through hotels.com Its expensive, smells bad, and no air conditioning in the suites. And although it is in the center of town, think twice before booking this place. only if you can stand being in a room that smells of farts constantly.

No respetan tarifa Hotels

El desayuno bastante bueno, habitación cómoda, la internet no tenía buena señal. El problema es la tarifa, no respetaron la del Hotels. Si bien hubo cargo extra por llegar antes y salir después, el costo total fue casi el doble de lo pactado, hicieron cargo por servicios no solicitados. Además, el ultimo día, a pesar de haber pagado un extra no hicieron limpieza de habitación

Excelente Hotel + Precio + Desayuno

Las chicas de recepción y su jefa son lo máximo en dedicación para colaborar con los requerimientos del huésped. Las instalaciones están impecables. El desayuno es muy bueno, aspecto fundamental para mí que lo tomo y no ingiero nada más hasta el regreso por la tarde-noche.

Buena opcion en Chiclayo

El hotel esta razonablemente bien ubicado, a 10 min andando del mall y algunas lineas de bus. La habitacion es amplia, el baño limpio y grande, buena presion de agua. El internet es suficientemente rápido. El desayuno tb es correcto con varios platos a elegir, fruta, etc. Solo criticaria el cafe (instantaneo) y que el ascensor es muy lento ya que solo hay uno y en hora punta (desayuno por ejemplo) te toca esperar un rato.

AMAMZING HOTEL SUNEC AT CHICLAYO - PERU

The hotel was great. We love to travel and visit several places and this Hotel SUNEC is one of the best huge rooms with AC, new and contemporary furniture, jacuzzi on the baths, delicious buffet breakfast and GREAT SERVICE. You can feel confortable and secure at this place. Lost and found is great you left behind they look for you, help always arround. Great location and on top of everything the people is friendly and courteous. (Free shuttle from and to the Airport) This Hotel should be rate 4 STARS !!!!!!!! You guys are GREAT.
