Find another hotel

Ripped, old blanket on bed. Clogged drain in sink. Peeling tiles in shower and bathroom with rusty fixtures and musty smell. Nice continental breakfast (unexpected with such a shabby room).

If you just want a place to crash after Six Flags

We picked it because it was close to Six Flags and we didnt want to have to drive home 3 hours that night. Check in was easy, we wanted take out and staff gave us tons of menus. We picked the Indian place next door, it was Ok. The rooms are dated, mostly clean, other than that wet carpet spot I stepped in, which was the fridge defrosting as it was unplugged. (God please be the fridge defrosting). Bed was comfy, TV not bad.

Nice place in Chicopee, MA.

Hotel was clean, quite and easy to get to from the road. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Run down and dingy. Sheets didn't smell clean. Lobby smells like cigarette smoke. They did have oatmeal for breakfast, which on a cold and snowy day was very welcome. So thank you for that Days Inn!

Checking in

When we arrived at the Hotel to check in, there was a group ahead of us. The rooms had been overbooked and it took awhile for them to get the rooms they needed. I had booked one room with two queen beds, which they didn't have because of being overbooked. We had three adults and two children. We were given two rooms with king beds for the same price as the one I had booked. It worked out fine and we all had a good nights sleep.

Convenient spot and restful atmosphere

Convenient. We got there at 9 pm and were gone by 9 am. People were exceptionally friendly and the bed was comfortable. Heatling/Cooling system was less noisy than other places, and our room was otherwise very quiet. Breakfast buffet was great and had omlets so you weren't in a position to starting your day Carb laden. Coffee and tea were plentiful (I wouldn't bother with the room setup) Only suggestion would be the walls and bathroom cabinets showed a bit of their age, so perhaps a little sanding and paint would be in order. We would certainly stay there again.

wonderful staff, but hotel not so

The staft the reception desk were very courteous. Also the lady in charge of the breakfast area was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, but the room felt dirty and in need of repairs. The tub was stained and the carpet was dirty. The room faced highway 90 and it was very noisy due to the traffic. Again, this hotel has excellent staff, but it needs to be remodeled and cleaned to make the price worth paying.

The lobby was nice and updated but rooms were out dated. Bathrooms were the worst.

Clean middle of road facility.

Emergency overnight stop for car repair. Walking distance to restaurants, mediocre breakfast, noisy heat/AC. Poor internet connection and twice had to have electronic door keys reprogrammed.

Won't ever stay there again .

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, the shower pole was falling off, there's holes in the bathtub that of been patched, Room cleaning made the bed and took out the trash in the trashcan anything else was left.

Worst Days Inn Ever

We were only in town for one night for the Big E. You can usually count on a Days Inn to be at least decent-this one was just horrible! The entire place smelled like stale smoke, our carpet looked like it was 30 years old-same for the furniture. At least the bed was comfortable. Would never go back.
