Front desk personal was not courteous. Could improve attitude as they are front line for a guest upon arrival and check in. The room and facility were very clean and put together.

Thank you to the hotel and staff, it was great. My only complain is the room carpet, that is old and smelly; otherwise our visit and experience was really great. Claudia S.

Good water pressure very clean. Surprised by the pet fee listing only shows refundable deposit and $0 for the pet but we were charged $500 pesos for the pet fee non refundable. Overall good stay but be aware pets don’t stay free as listed

Worst property I’ve ever step foot on! Nasty carpet, bathroom, smelly just horrible!! I couldn’t stay there! Expedia puts these nice photos of the property but it is nothing like the photos!! Very disappointing that Expedia doesn’t check the reality of the places before they promote them!!

Rooms needs a little upgrade. First night our ac stopped working. Afternoon front desk was not very helpful. Finally, we were changed to another room on the same floor, even though we were told there weren’t any rooms left
