台湾出身のフロントの方が、とても流暢な日本語で対応してくれて、まずは気持ち良かったです。 部屋も古いながら、綺麗に保たれており、広くて滞在し易かった。 次の日の朝食バイキングも種類が多く、とても美味しかった。 メインのお風呂は最高でした．また、是非来たいと思いました。

とても大きな老舗旅館、部屋も広くてびっくり。 私は朝食のみで夕食はどこかで、と思いましたが　戸倉駅周辺はわりと古ぼけていて何もなく(一件有名な蕎麦屋があるらしい) ホテル近くはほとんどのお店が閉まっていました。2月末だから、ということもあり。 なので、夕食付きのプランの方が良いかもしれません。お湯はとてもシンプルで気持ちいい、私は幸い大浴場独り占め。オフシーズンの良さです。 朝食はなんでもあるバイキング。 プライス的にも納得です。 駅までの送迎は予約したらしてくれます。

今後の子供対策に期待

７歳の娘用の浴衣のサイズが合わず、フロントに言ったらすぐ持ってきてくれましたが、結局合わず着れませんでした。極端に大きいのか、小さいのしかなく、せっかくの浴衣を着れず娘は残念がっていました。浴衣の上の羽織も、子供のは用意がなかったです。また、金額は変わらないのに夕飯の内容が子供のは品数が少なかったのはデザートとか、内容を子供向けにするとか対策してほしいと思いました。
