"An old fashion hotel, located a bit out of the touristic area of Verona on a mean highway. The shower didn’t work well and the tub didn’t evacuated the water at a normal pace. The staff is very indifferent to everyone. "

"Nice hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful and stored our bags as we arrived early. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very big and there was a great choice of tasty food."

"Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend."

No explanation given why we have this room basically with no locking system in place knowing we have kids in that room . Obviously no refund given or apologies as we been getting to different rooms as nothing happened Overall hotel is not bad but needs just a touch of maintenance "
