Great B and B

Rustic and basic, but all we needed for an overnight stay. Lesley is a great host! Kind, helpful and makes a great breakfast!

Property is in a lovely setting, with a great view. I found it homely and comfortable and pleasantly quiet surrounded by farmland. Facilities were as described. My only small gripe was having to hold up the toilet seat whilst having a pee! The staff were friendly and relaxed. I will happily stay there again.

Was a bit concerned when I arrived a couple of minutes before my estimated arrival time to find the owners were just about to leave as they had forgotten I was due. However after that check in was quick & easy. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. I was told on arrival I was the only person staying that night so was a little surprised that someone was playing music in the room above me for an hour or so starting around 1:30am. A good shower which was just across the corridor from the room & the breakfast was very good

Lovely location.

Lovely small B+B in very quiet area. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely relaxed place

Lovely relaxed place to stay, owners are lovely and answered any questions I had. Visited the pub for dinner at lacock which is just round the corner on recommendation from the owners and it didn’t disappoint the rising sun is a love place.

Comfy Room & Smashing Breakfast too!

I Had a lovely warm welcome from Lesley when i arrived,the room was lovely & cosy with a really comfy bed.free parking too & a delicious,filling full English breakfast in the morning.One of the best places ive ever stayed & my first choice next time im in the area to stay.Thanks Lesley.

Quiet and comfortable and excellent value.

A lovely place to stay for a one-night visit. The location was quiet, the room spacious, bed comfortable, food delicious and Lesley really helpful and friendly. The room was a little chilly at night but there was an electric heater if needed. The decor was a little dated but perfectly adequate and functional. Places to eat are close by and parking at the front is free. Excellent value and would stay there again if in the area.
