"Check in was smooth and quick. Agent was friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. The carpet in the hall and in one area of our room was stained. I was surprised that was no lotion or a makeup remover pad in the room. Breakfast was fine."

"I had a wonderful stay at Kozy Hotel DFW! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. A huge thank you to Lorenzo, Mishi, Pedro, and Tyler at the front desk, as well as Mario at the breakfast bar. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also delicious every morning, especially the make-your-own waffles, which quickly became my favorite! The hotel is currently being renovated, so there were a few small things that could be improved. Our room could have used proper clothing hangers, a designated tray or holder for the hand soap in the bathroom, and housekeeping only left us two towels after cleaning the room, so we had to request additional towels each day. The only issue that became somewhat frustrating was that our room key cards would deactivate once or twice a day, requiring us to stop by the front desk to have them reactivated. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives by a long shot. The outstanding customer service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast made this an excellent stay. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This property absolutely deserves five stars and is definitely a hotel I would recommend!"

"I reserved the hotel through Hotels.com a few days earlier than Saturday. When I walked right in and this very lovely lady was working the front desk to check me in. She greeted me with a very sweet smile and small conversation. She made me feel welcome there. I don’t remember her name but kudos to hiring her. Please let her know that she is appreciated. The stay was perfect, it was very hot outside and the AC worked like a charm. I think the only thing I do not like is that they do not do any type of breakfast since the name change. Even if you could do some type of package breakfast that needed no preparation that would work too. Overall it was a very nice stay."

"room was excellent, clean and comfortable. staff was great, i gabe it 4 only because it took all day to get my cleans sheets. kitchen again only 4, theres not much offered as far as cook ware, it is not equipped. but over all it was a pleasant stay"
