We always stay here when we’re in town. It’s always clean, the rooms are immaculate, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is awesome. There’s not anything possible that you could be wanting for. The staff is always very polite and helpful. I highly recommend that staying here whenever you have the opportunity. You won’t be disappointed.

We arrived late and it was very quiet. Was more impressed with how quiet it was in the morning...was able to sleep in and rest. Breakfast was yummy and the staff very helpful. Will definitely book again.

The bar and dining room are on the smaller side but it was still nice, our room was great and the AC worked very well. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is not even 5 minutes from a mall and there are so many restaurants in the vicinity to choose from.

*The room was very clean and spacious. Upper floor, 2 double bed. Smelled nice. Shower and beds worked great. No bugs. *Breakfast bar was fabulous. The big sign on the outside of the bldg reminding me of the Hyatt of old. Inside is very dated, rugs disgusting, no info in rooms, etc. I’m sorry to see Hyatt in such a state. Staff was fine. Rooms clean. I regret not making a different hotel choice in the area. Many to choose from.

Room was cleaned on my first night, throwing away my drink and key card was disabled. It was quickly re enabled when I complained. Bed was a little creaky. A/C was loud and didn't remove humidity well. Room was large, clean and couch area was in very good shape. Plenty of pillows and linens.

I arrived about one hour early, wanted to check in but there was a fee plus tax for checking in early one hour. I decided to keep driving for that hour instead to be waiting there. The breakfast, was ok, however not enough space where to sit and enjoy your meal.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are nice for a business trip by separating the bathroom and living space. The television is in a weird spot, but at least it works. The front desk staff wasnt very helpful and were too busy socializing than to be helpful. The breakast also looks NOTHING like it advertised
