"A wonderful stay in a professionally run hotel - I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped, staff is helpful and organized, the breakfast buffet and other dining options are excellent, the location is convenient, parking is adequate plus there is a superb convenience store on the ground floor to cover any last minute items that may be needed. "A very simple property in Leh but really good value. And the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They even stored our luggage for us as we went for an 8-day trek. The location is also perfect for exploring the main downtown plaza. Simple facilities but the staff more than make up for this."

"Stayed there for 3 nights in July'21. Good hotel. We got a very spacious room, which was very nice. The hotel staff and service was good. Food options at hotel were limited, but reasonably good. Only wish - better hot water supply in the bathroom, and better quality bathroom furnishings would have made it an excellent stay. Overall, a nice hotel run by non-professionals who try to make your stay very comfortable"

I was well taken care of for any needs I had right from accessories to arranging taxis and transportation. "A very friendly hotel with very good service. Rooms are large with balcony and nice view. Is better to be on the new building but the old one is charming. The buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are good. The market and the old town are only at 5 minutes by foot. The last but not the least, you can play table tennis for free."
