The room was modern and clean, there was enough parking space, the motel looked nice. There was a mall 5 min walk with many restaurants. It may not be much, but we really appreciated being shown to our room, and the lady from the motel was super friendly and helpful.

Great stay in good location

Requested a quiet room and they responded prior to our stay to say they had received the request and would action it. There was a warm, friendly greeting at check in and we were shown to our room which is a nice touch to ensure everything is OK from the start. The room was clean, nicely furnished and the linen was clean and felt good. Everything we needed was there. It was a comfortable stay at a good price point

Compared to other motels I have stayed at in this price range, the 315 motel stands atop the rest. This place offers a basic room in a relatively convenient location at an affordable price. Everything works and the place feels newly renovated. Only complaint I can possibly think of, which is honestly a nitpick if anything, is that the bathroom and bedroom both had skylights. The one in the bedroom had blinds that could provide extra privacy, whereas the bathroom didn't have this and felt a little exposed. Would definitely stay here again if I happened to be in the area.
