Great location close to CBD. Room clean and tidy but did have a slight smell of stale cigarettes which wasn’t that nice. Have stayed before in another room here and didn’t smell like that.

The gent who booked us in was excellent, really friendly. Showed us our room and showed us around it and told us where we could eat locally & the way to walk into town. The room has lovely and clean & well equipped. Loved that there was a bath rather than just a shower

A very warm and friendly welcome, 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate; it is on the corner of Madras and Bealey (very busy) but even though we are light sleepers, we slept like logs. Highly recommend and would happily stay again. Off street parking was great.
