This thoughtfully designed townhouse blends modern style with everyday comfort. Interiors have been curated by one of Christchurch’s top designers, creating a warm and elegant space that feels just like home.
Spread across three levels, the home features two well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, or work-travel groups of up to four. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, two singles.
The ground floor offers a cozy lounge with plush seating, a Smart TV with Prime Video. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee pod machine. Everything you need to cook, unwind, or enjoy a quiet breakfast is right here.
Step outside to a private fenced courtyard with a BBQ and seating area, perfect for sunny mornings or relaxed evenings.
Additional comforts include fast unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, free street parking, and easy self check-in. Bathrooms are stocked with body wash and essentials for a comfortable stay.
