Wonderful stay at a very clean and well stocked Condo!! We visited a different beach each day so loved the beach chairs, towels and cooler bag to make our days so relaxing and easy! So nice to come back to an outstanding patio with amazing furniture to enjoy the view and sound of the waves. Great communication with Lori to even give us a late checkout as our flight was later in the day. Would absolutely recommend staying here, great location to both East and West, North and South locations on the island. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Sugar Beach Get Away

It was a wonderful 8-day get away for my family and friends. Our experience was enhanced by Lori and Tremaine’s attentiveness and super accommodations. I’ve rated the stay an overall 5-star for its cleanliness, ease of communication, availability of everything one needs to enjoy the beach and the sea, relatively good kitchen implements, and its location and direct sea view and access, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect for our Family

Sugar Beach Condos are right on the beach, which made it easy for the kids to go in and out for snacks and use the restroom. It was perfectly located close to Christiansted for the restaurants on the boardwalk, but also easy to access roads to the east/west ends for a change of scenery. The condo itself was perfectly functional for our family! It was a great place to stay!

Waking up in paradise

Absolutely gorgeous. Woke up every morning to the sounds of the Caribbean.. the beach was kept clean by the condo association, great place for families. Just minutes away from Christiansted. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. Will definitely book again whenever we can make it back down.

Perfect spot on the beach

We were VERY happy with our stay here! As advertised, the place is right on the beach; and a 5 minute drive from all the stores and restaurants in Christensted. Very clean; tasteful decor; comfortable seating; well furnished kitchen. We had one issue that involved contacting the property manager, and she came over quickly and got us fixed up. Would stay here again!

Girls trip

My friend and I had a great trip. The property was easy to find and had ample parking when we were there. Condo is just as it is pictured in the listing. There was a great supply of items you need to enjoy the beach which was great. The patio was our favorite part, it was very relaxing to sit, watch the water and enjoy the breeze. We also had two cats visit, few hermit crabs going about their business in the sand and tiny lizards crawling along the walls. And it really is just a stones throw from the water. We did have a lot of sargasso seaweed which gives off a not so pleasant smell but that is no fault of the host and is just part of living by the water. The property maintenance did go out and clear part of the beach twice while we were there so that was nice. Over all we had a very pleasant stay at this property and would stay again.

Nothing short of stunning!

This property was amazing! Well maintained and well stocked with anything you might need at the beach. An older property but lovely and updated and very clean; I'm terrified of bugs, so that's very important to me! The pictures are accurate, you are steps from the ocean! The property also has a cute little beach area with lounge chairs setup a few yards from the back steps. We spent a ton of time on the lanai just watching the waves roll in. They have nice screens across the back of the condo and the windows next to the front door open so we only had to use the AC for sleep, we just loved that ocean breeze. Christiansted was maybe a 10 minute drive, and definitely rent a car!!! Driving on the left was not as hard as we thought. Lori was instantly available the few times I needed to communicate with her, I really appreciated that! Just an all around wonderful stay, I hope to be back soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Amazing Vacation

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation to St. Croix. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was so pretty and we loved drinking our coffee and enjoying breakfast from the patio each morning. The complex was super quiet and loved the pool. We even grilled hotdogs at the pool one evening while the kids swam. Again, it was perfect! Lori, was super friendly and even let us check out late so we could enjoy one more snorkeling adventure and dip in the pool before heading to the airport. I highly recommend this property if you are considering a vacation to St. Croix! I hope to come back again next year!

Wonderful Condo

We had a great time staying in St Croix (again) Sugar beach is a wonderful condo complex. We enjoyed our accommodations, great owner communication, and perfect location. Our condo was clean, prepared and ready for us to enjoy for our much needed holiday Thank you We will be back!!!

Beautiful Beach Location!

Beach front location cannot be beat! We spent most of our time on the back galley/lanai watching the waves, enjoying the beautiful view and sea breezes. The space was so comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms, good water pressure, laundry. The owner was responsive and very nice - she even helped me shift my trip back 2 days so I could get home for a family funeral. The neighbors were friendly, parking was easy, drive to the Christiansted boardwalk was under 10 min.

Return to honeymoon.

We got married in St. Croix 5 years ago, and stayed in this condo. We were beyond excited to come back for our anniversary this year! Lori was communicative and quick to respond with any inquiries we had throughout our booking and stay. The updated furnishing looked great, and felt like we were coming home! We look forward to returning in the future, hopefully regularly!! Thank you, again, for the hospitality and warm welcome! This is our favorite vacation spot!
