"Truly felt like royalty here, the staff were so genuine and sweet. Everything was perfect, clean, and hotel staff accommodating when things didn’t go to plan. They had some emergency maintenance that needed to be done, and in the US a hotel would have just told us to get out of the hotel from 1-7pm, instead they planned an entire day trip for us that included a free cooking class, massages and dinner at a beautiful secondary property. To say our stay has been special would be an understatement. Shoutout to staff Hông (Lovely) who always greeted us and chatted with us, and was so genuinely lovely. Will be coming back. "

The hotel itself is aging but it is very well kept. The rooms, beds, linen were very clean and crisp. Room service cleaned everyday during our 4 day stay. The bathrooms are slightly dated but were super clean.
