"We were given a different room to the one we booked. The room was smelling strongly of air freshener to cover the smell from the drains. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The evening meal was awful and took over 2hrs for 2 courses, the waitress ended up in tears after all the complaints. The receptionist tried her best to sort things out but was fighting a loosing battle. All in all not a good stay, luckily we only stayed one night - never again!!!"

"I was welcomed from the moment i walked in, they kindly stored my luggage early and on check in whisked my bike away to a secure store. Breakfast, with the wonderful view across the bay, was excellent and prompt. Will definitely stay again."

"Just loved my stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and very accommodating. The room was located on the first floor, which was great, was spotless and very comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast. The French press coffee was delicious; choice of fresh fruit was extensive. The eggs and toast were cooked to perfection. There was plenty of on street parking available and their location is an easy walk to downtown and the harbor. Highly recommend for either solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy location to stay while exploring Cornwall."

"This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested. This is a wonderful place to stay"
