I could barely sleep — the room temperature was 84°F. When I asked for air conditioning, they said it’s central and that I can only turn off the heat and open the window. That didn’t help at all — it was extremely hot all night!

레고랜드도 아이가 너무너무 재밌어했고 호텔도 모든곳이 깨끗한게 관리가 잘 되어있어 좋아요~직원분들도 보통 2.30대 같은데 넘나 친절해요~^^다만 인포에 전화 시스템이 아니고 채팅으로 어플깔고 소통 해야하는게 좀 불편했어요~사랑스러운 모든 아이들의 행복한 추억의 장소가 되길! ❤️

레고랜드 호텔 너무 좋아요.

가족여행으로 두아이 데리고왔는데 너무 좋아요. 입구 앞에서부터 친절한 응대와 컨시어지서비스 어디든 가면 있는 레고브릭들, 엘베타면 나오는 디스코음악까지 기분을 좋게하네요. 해적방을 이용했는데 작은아이가 무서워하면 어쩌지 걱정했는데 괜한 걱정이였습니다. 호텔프로그램 3개 다 이용했는데 아이들도 재미있어하고 좋아해서 프로그램 예약창 열리자마자 예약하길 참 잘한 내자신 칭찬합니다. 아이가 레고랜드 2층 놀이시설에서 다쳤는데 친절한 직원들의 응대 감사했어요.말하지 않았는데 근처 있던 직원분이 보시고는 얼음팩 제공해주시고 전달해놓았다하시며 얼음팩이든 서비스 필요시 얘기하시면 된다하셨어요. 인셉션에서 체크아웃시에도 아이상태 확인하시며 필요시 연락달라하셨는데 신경써주셔서 너무 감사했네요 춘천에 2박 3일 있었는데 1박만 레고랜드에 있던게 아쉽네요. 다음에는 2박으로 와야겠어요

本人當日準時在可入住時間到達酒店，當時已有很多人排隊， 排了很久，到我們登記時，職員跟我們說未有房間可以入住，需要等候一個多小時才有房間， 因為暑假關係，本人也明白等候時間會很長，本人沒有辦法的情況下仍接受，過了一個多小時之後，本人再到大堂打算向職員領取匙卡取房間，職員說又要我們重新排隊領取，即是又要多等半小時以上才可取匙卡。在此本人對酒店安排並不滿意，雖然每位職員也很有禮貌，但整個過程令本人及家人耽誤了享受酒店遊玩的時間。酒店費用也不便宜，所以我對這次酒店的旅程覺得不愉快，希望貴司能向酒店反映一下。

재방문 의사 있습니다.

레고랜드 입구 정말 바로 앞에 있어서 레고랜드에서 늦게 까지 놀고 편하게 돌아올 수 있고 호텔 내 크리에이티브센터나 수영장 이용하지 않아도 1층 레고 피규어들 구경하고 2층 놀이터에서만 놀아도 충분히 그 값어치는 하는 곳. 숙박의 퀄은 딱 3성급, 그 이상도 이하도 아니나 아이들의 행복에 최적화 되어, 애들 표정만 봐도 전혀 돈 아깝지 않았던 곳. 바닥이 카펫으로 되어 있는 것과 주차 시스템은 좀 불편했어요 ㅜㅜ 퇴실할 때 셔틀버스 오래 기다림 ㅜㅜ 하지만 애들이 너무 좋아해서 재방문 예정입니다 ㅎ

전에는 호텔에서 자고 다음날 레고랜드 오픈할때 레고랜드로 이어져있는 곳으로 편하게 입장했는데, 사람이 많아져서 그런지 이젠 호텔에서 레고랜드로 다이렉트로 들어가지 못하는 것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 다른 것들은 만족합니다. 다만 가격이 좀 비싼것 같습니다.
