During my stay, the air conditioning in my room was a bit weak for the hot summer weather. Ana kindly provided me with a fan to ensure my comfort. She also gave me very specific and helpful instructions on how and where to return it.Following her instructions, I successfully returned the fan to the front desk before checking out.
