"We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. "Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

"This property is so very convenient. Walk directly to the many, many restaurants. The staff was welcoming. Parking is off site but actually under the hotel so easy access. Its a very busy town traffic wise, but we ran into a lot of construction. We would definetly stay again. Anessey is amazing."

"As mentioned on pub, parking available and show the front of hotel with many cars parked in front. At the reception, the lady said there is a public parking at 300 meters We stay there 3 nights and hotel offer a rebate when you stay 2 nights and more, but the girl mentioned this when leaving. I ask her to give me the rebate, She said it’s too late , the rebate is given at arrival. So I lost the rebate. I’m really upset about that"

"We stayed two nights in a queen room with balcony. The hotel is in a great location. Staff were polite and everything was clean. Our room was ok although it could do with some updating. The shower was very poor. Overall, I’d probably stay again for a very short stay and a reasonable price."
