"Ugh… rooms were terribly dirty. Carpets very stained. Bed sheets old, stained and tattered. Walls stained. Bed was so uncomfortable and pillows were basically like sleeping on nothing. Noise from the street kept us up all night. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. A nightmare. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The room had a full sized refrigerator, a coffee maker, cook top and microwave plus a full set of dishes. One thing to note is that it is located on a very busy street and intersection so the traffic noise is very loud at times."

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The gymnasium was well appointed. Unfortunately there is no high quality restaurant in the hotel. They Centro Castellano was first class but was closed down on 1 April. There is no longer a good restaurant to which to invite clients or friends. There is no bar when one can converse easily. The main bar is loud and more like a night club than a hotel bar. I had to arrange to meet people away from the hotel if I wishes to have a normal conversation."
