"Overall a great stay!!! friendly front desk, walkable, right on Reforma close to Chapultepec Park, The Castle, Anthropology Museum, The Angel of Independence, etc clean rooms, gym and pool were amazing, bar and restaurants superb, they even have free bikes if you don't want to walk.... just spa needs a little love, no one in the early hours in case you need help or have any questions, water nor basic implements like any other spa; besides that definitely recommended."

"On the first day we checked in, the electricity went out several times, and the last outage lasted over an hour. The bedroom did not have air conditioning, and we were told we would have to pay extra for it. The bathroom towels were not replaced during our stay, so we had to reuse them, and the bedroom was not cleaned either. The walls are made of drywall, so you can hear everything. The doors are made of glass, which makes the noise even worse—you can clearly hear people talking in the lobby, even though we were staying on the third floor. The hotel is very well located, but I would not recommend it. It was so hot that some guests had to leave their doors open to get some air.
