"The room and the whole facility was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was well equipped and beautifully maintained. The personal treatments were also to a very high standard. The food was to a extremely high standard yet the whole facility was very relaxed and easy to settle in to. "

"Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on boiling hot for ages and took two hands and a lot of effort to turn to a cooler temperature (and I'm young and fit!). No lights in car park: making it difficult when days are so short. I was very glad to leave!"

"Spotlessly clean room. Friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Bed extremely comfortable, Breakfast very good choice and tasty. If we have one criticism it’s that the room was small and the bathroom large but we understand the hosts will be rectifying that."
