The hotel is really close to the highway and shopping making it great for our family! The staff were kind and helpful, even during the morning breakfast chaos. The room was clean and roomy enough for all 4 of us. We visit Cincinnati every year and this is our hotel of choice!

Everything was good after the issue at check in was taken care of. When we arrived I was informed that the room we booked was not available and that they weren't sure if we would be able to get a room. They were apologetic but being in town for a conference it gave us anxiety. Thankfully they were able to give us a room.
