    Enjoy this modern, cozy 2BR/2BA 1 minute from downtown, near University Hospital, the Cincinnati Zoo, OTR, Findlay Market, FC Cincinnati, and just 10 minutes from CVG. Inside are two spacious bedrooms with plush bedding, two full baths, and a family room with a large TV and pull-out bed. Relax on the porch or enjoy the private backyard for grilling. Free on- and off-street parking included.

    Our renovated and comfortable home is located directly across from Local 12 news station, with on & off-street parking.

    This modern, open-concept home in Cincinnati features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. On the main floor, there’s a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed—along with another full bathroom that includes a bathtub. There’s also a second living area upstairs with a large TV and a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. Outside, enjoy a backyard perfect for cookouts, featuring a fire pit and comfortable seating. Plus, the front porch has two chairs, ideal for relaxing and getting some fresh air.
