The room was filthy We checked in, saw the room and turned around because of the smell and the sticky floor. When we try to get a refund, they referred us back to Expedia. I have not received an email back. They told me it would be 72 hours from the date of May 28 and I have yet to get a refund.

It was ok, the gentleman (staff member) at the desk was extremely nice for check in and very welcoming. The top bedding cover had a stain on it and the picture seems nicer than in reality could use some updating.

Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. No time to wait for them so the floor was soaking.The microwave cord was too short to reach to plug- so couldnt use the microwave. With all that being said- I am grateful we did not have to sleep in the car.

The room was not updated and appeared to be in poor condition. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and an unidentified stain in the bathtub. The refrigerator emitted a very loud humming noise throughout the stay. Upon arrival, the first front desk employee was speaking loudly on a phone call through an earbud while assisting guests. His replacement, an older gentleman, was dressed in sweatpants, which appeared unprofessional. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and the property was not well maintained.

Cleaning it was convenient to plot of different restaurants. Cable T.V. that has many stations too choose from. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if looking for a nice motel too stay!!!

Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room.

The Room was nice, so was the foyer. But during my stay, the Housekeeper not once clean my room. I asked the laundry lady if there was a housekeeper scheduled on my floor, and she said yes, and while I was away, she took care of my room, which is not her job...it doesn't matter if the guest stays for a week or just one night, the housekeeper has to clean the room.

The first out of three rooms we looked at had blood stains, dirty mattress, sheet stained, smelled dirty and mildewed. My son has allergies and they started acting up upon entering the hotel and worse’s just going into the room. The second room had toilet stains, dirty sheets, and smelled also. At this point I contacted the guest service lady. She let us see another room on a different floor and it was in the same shape. At this point we left the hotel and the service lady told us to contact expida for a refund she couldn’t help us with anything else. Truly disappointing

I'm not one to complain but I chose this place for the amenities and everything was closed. Looked like they tried to update the room and it was done horribly. Dead ants in the bathtub. Pieces of wood from falling off. Light switches did not work. TVs are way out of date. They had led strips but only 1 out of 3 worked. Silly string on the walls that was missed during previous cleanup. Tape all over the walls from I'm assuming a previous birthday party. I wouldn't go back and I'm passive and look for the good in all things. Oh and cigarette burns in the comforter. I mean come on. Let's not forget the curly watch spring hairs stuck in the towel. Shower curtain rod was barely in the wall. It was a mess. Good luck.
