The kitchen combines the home's historic character with modern conveniences, including stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, white cabinetry, cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials for preparing meals.



The dining table seats 4 and also works well for breakfast, takeout, or a family game night.



LIVING ROOM

The open living area provides a comfortable central gathering place with sofa seating and a Smart TV. The connected layout makes it easy for guests in the kitchen, dining area, and living room to spend time together.

• Ludlow is a small Northern Kentucky river town next to Covington and just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The neighborhood offers a relaxed residential feel while keeping restaurants, coffee, groceries, breweries, parks, sporting events, entertainment, and Cincinnati attractions close by.

• Local options include Ludlow Coffee, Ludlow Tavern, Taste on Elm, Taste Cellar & Pantry, Conserva Wine and Tapas, 1975 Burgers, Bircus Brewing Company, Ludlow Parlor, and Ludlow Bromley Yacht Club.



GETTING AROUND

• Downtown Cincinnati is approximately a 5-minute drive away, with convenient access to Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky attractions.

• Several Ludlow restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, breweries, and parks are within walking distance. A vehicle is recommended for exploring greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and destinations farther from the neighborhood.

This home is not pet friendly, and smoking and parties are not allowed. You’ll need to climb a short set of stairs to enter. There are two exterior security cameras, covering the front walkway, porch, and driveway, and the ground-level walkway and backyard. Trash cans are in front of the garage. Trash day is Tuesday, so cans can go out the night before.
