Very clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room, and bedrooms. Thanks for your hospitality and making us so welcome.
We enjoy the home. Spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. I would say it was a 7.5/10 only because of areas that need attention. Sectional needs a good cleaning and isn’t very comfortable. Bedroom on left has visible stains and mattress not comfortable at all. Otherwise we made the best of our weekend and enjoy our annual festivities. I would recommend for future trips to Cincinnati.
We had an amazing stay to celebrate parent's weekend with our student at UC. It made it very relaxing and a home atmosphere to make dinners and chill away from campus for a bit. So cozy, so clean. We would definitely stay here again.
We were in town for the home opening game of UC and to support our son! The house was perfect for our needs. We will be back for most home games and hope the house is available as we will definitely book again!
We had a wonderful and restful stay We had a few issues One of the beds was not as comfortable as the other two..The sofa wasn’t very comfortable and the remote wasn’t very responsive to the TV ..I know this doesn’t sound great..But regardless we had a wonderful stay.. It was my first time in an Air B&B ..and We would stay here again ..It was close to all we wanted to do
This house is just how it appears in the listing, with great spaces for hanging out together or for getting a little "me time" if needed. Loved the layout, all the comfy seating, and the privacy (surrounded on 2 sides by trees, neighboring house a distance away). Cleanliness and communication with the property manager/host were superb. The only areas for improvement were some small stains on the bedroom carpet and mattresses that should probably be replaced soon due to wear. But I would definitely stay again! Note: the driveway is very steep (not uncommon in Cincinnati) and light sleepers beware of loud road noise.
There was plenty of room for our group of 6 people. The house was modern and well equipped. There was not whole lot of usable outside space for picnicking.
The front porch was very nice for having coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet and we had no trouble sleeping.
The home was spacios and clean. All tech is dated versions of high end brands of a few years back meaning outdated, large remotes with too many buttons trying to operate tvs that want to do everything except allow current viewing options.
Wonderful property! Just as described. Amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. The host was prompt with replies and accommodating of any requests we had. Everything that was needed was contained in the home. Quality products quality appliances wonderful washer and dryer! Property was clean andbeds were well made. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed it! Would gladly stay there again!
The property was very nice. The driveway was very steep and difficult to get our handicap friends into. The beds were very comfortable. I was not given instructions on how to adjust or change the thermostat from cooling to heating but finally figured it out.
This property is close to many Cincinnati sites we went to zoo and also Oktoberfest. Driveway is steep but with one car we were able to turn around no problem. There are outside sensors and at night something kept tripping them and lights came on and off all night. Not really too bad. Very comfortable would stay again.
Spacious stay for 3 couples attending a music festival. The home was close to downtown festivities and clean, besides the recycle bin filled with trash in the front yard, and had some typical supplies. The home is on a hill on a busy street, so you really have to back in to park. Otherwise, risk being hit by oncoming traffic trying to get out. Looks like parking was difficult for someone because the garage door was dented. Overall, it was a good stay.
The property was nice, clean, and spacious! The communication was a little spoty, as the hosts do not use the VRBO messaging platform, but they did respond via text message or email, just took a bit longer. Check-in and check-out were simple and made both processes easy. The location was convenient for us, as we were planning several different things in various areas around Cincinnati and across the river in Newport. Parking was good for 2 vehicles, anymore would be hard, as you don't have access to the two car garage. Overall we had a good stay, and it was plenty of space for the six of us, 4 adults and two kids. Would stay again if we head back that way! Thanks again!
The house was large for our family of 5. The big dining room had enough chairs for all. However, the house is for sale so some of the furnishings are wrapped in plastic. Also, some items are broken like the towel rack was half hanging out of the wall. The walls also had scuff marks all over them, we found evidence of food crumbs on multiple surfaces and the sinks were unclean. I also missed any mention of how steep the driveway is or how busy the street is so that made it difficult to get in or out. However, it is IN the city and close proximity to all the activities which was great. Just be warned, the house is on the market.
Overall, our stay was very nice. The house is roomy and everything we needed was there. The bathrooms were especially nice. Beds - particularly in master were comfortable. The listing description is accurate in describing the house itself, but this house is located off a very busy street. It it not like being in the countryside or a neighborhood. The driveway is steep and it was difficult to see oncoming traffic when exiting because of the sharp curve located a short distance from the driveway. There is a short cemented area to the right of the driveway, but it took a lot of careful maneuvering to be able to get the car facing forward so as to avoid having to back out. In addition, the dryer was full of towels from the previous guests and we also had to unload the dishwasher before we could use it.
Beautiful home!!! Description is accurate, driveway is very steep. The only downside was alot of cobwebs on front porch , ridnt geel comfortable sitting outside for morning coffee and tvs are very outdated. They are older smart tvs and can only support netflix. Only local channels for majority of my stay luckily we were gone and we brought ps5 tht we used i stead. Nevertheless great property, great communication and would definitely book again

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
House gives "tired" vibes; it's clearly not a place that anyone cares about because the same minor issues mentioned in reviews from over a year ago exist. Side note - I use VRBO (emphasis on OWNERS) for a reason but this property is either owned or managed by a large for-profit rental company whose property tax bills get sent to another large company in California and I would not have rented from them if I had known that in advance.Be aware the driveway is no joke and it's on a busy road.Snow storm and unusually low temps made our weekend interesting and we were unable to safely leave for over 24 hours. While I realize many people would not want to clear snow at a VRBO, the lack of even a basic snow shovel and salt or sand meant treacherous conditions over which we had no control. I asked about our snow removal status 3 times in the 24 hours leading up to check out. It was still not clear when we left.
We try to get as close as possible to the raceway each year, this property has been the closest yet! Loved the home! Just wish the driveway was a bit longer for the trailer to park comfortably! Overall, the house itself is so spacious and cozy!
