"I was really disappointed in my stay at this Residence Inn. The room that I was given looked like someone else was still checked into it. The ironing board was up, a used paper towel on the counter and what appeared to be a used washcloth, the only washcloth in the room, was on the sink. When I called to make sure they hadn't mistakenly placed me in someone else's room and told them about the towel their suggestion was to come down and get another towel. Residence Inn usually has good breakfast but on both days the breakfast was horrible and unless the person who cooked just doesn't know how to make grits and messed them up two days in a row the big congealed glob of grits from Tuesday morning looked exactly like the big congealed glob of grits on Wednesday morning."

"We have been here before while in the area 12 years ago and still had the same level of service this past weekend. Great attention to detail with rooms and the bar is always a nice bonus. Of course lower drink prices would always be appreciated for guests 😬 However the staff makes it worth it! "

"Nice, feels homey. Room was clean and definitely apt feeling. Fireplace outside not working, has food and ants everywhere. Front desk doesn’t know. Pool even though indoor was not heated and impossible to get in that cold. Again staff doesn’t know but says well some people use it. Makes sense since we did not see any for 3 days in pool. Trash left in hallway for those 3 days and never picked up. Laundry room dirty."

"Loved the spacious townhouse; especially the private back patio. The spiral staircase was a bit of surprise but manage to get my luggage up and down with a bit of maneuvering. Must have car to get around."
