The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and personable. The room that I was given was absolutely filthy. Someone obviously stayed in it and nobody cleaned it prior to me arriving. The man who checked me in was very polite and gave me another room. The second room that I was given wasn't much better, but decided that I could clean it and stay for the night. The air conditioner doesn't work in this room so we sweated all night. I didn't bring this to the property employees because I spent 4 hours cleaning this room and I wasn't going to be moved to yet another room that I would have to clean. This will be the only time that I will ever stay here. On top of everything I was charged 30.00 for my two malshi dogs who could never make this room look any worse then it did prior to me cleaning it. I own a cleaning business and should charge this place for the 4 hours worth of cleaning that my partner and I did so we could actually bathe and use the toilet

Nastiest, dirtiest mitel ever. Absolutely nothing like the online pictures. So disappointed. Looks like a drug motel and smelt just like weed ,even juststsnding outside. Rooms nasty dirty. Lamp shades brown and broke bed nasty. Just everything horrible. I cant imsgine anyone wanting to stay there.

I booked a room for 2 nights through Expedia. We weren't arriving until later that night (around 10:30 PM) and so I called during the drive to let the hotel know. Over the phone, he told me he had no record of my booking or reservation at all. I asked him what I should do, and he told me to come on and not to worry... that they had plenty of rooms and that he would figure it out when we got there. WELL... when we got there, the guy at the hotel said AGAIN that he had no record of my reservation and told me that I had to call Expedia and work it out with them myself. It took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to get in touch with an actual Expedia customer support person. The Expedia chat support lady said she would call the hotel and talk to him. I could hear him talking on the phone to her. After he hung up, he told me that EXPEDIA HAD CANCELLED MY BOOKING & THAT THEY WOULD BE REFUNDING ME, at which point I proceeded to pay him for the 2 nights at a SIGNIFICANTL HIGHER RATE than what I had ALREADY PAID FOR through Expedia. 3 days later, I have not been refunded by Expedia, and the site/app shows the booking as complete. I'm not sure who is at faut here, but I'm not very happy. I've been in contact with Expedia support for the past hour, and I was told that they could not even get in contact with the hotel at all, and that I should check my email for an update within 72 HOURS. This is ridiculous. Don't book this hotel and probably don't use Expedia either.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. There are no amenities to speak of. No coffee maker in the room for example, but plenty of spots to get coffee, in fact BK right next door was my go to coffee stop. There is a fridge and microwave. Many convenient restaurants nearby. The only issue for me was the shower needing some referb, but at the price point I can't complain. I would stay here again.

Run down old property. Towels and washcloths not clean and worn out. Tub floor filthy. Manager came knocking on door in the morning waking me for no apparent reason. The bed was comfortable and the rate was cheap.

It was a place to sleep….thats about it

Booked the room because it was cheap but sadly not as cheap as it should’ve been. The sign out front boasted newly renovated rooms. Hopefully they just hadn’t gotten to the room we stayed in yet because it was in sad shape. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The walls were poorly patched in places and some were in serious need of patching. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. Cleanliness was questionable. Website also advertised that breakfast was included but there was not. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

The stay was fine and the customer service was also fine. My only problem was the person at the front counter took a photocopy of my credit card and ID. When I asked why she took the photocopy, she insisted that it was only she and her son who worked there. I asked that the copy be shredded upon my checkout but she only nodded and said she did. I’ve never had a hotel/motel make a photocopy of both my ID and credit card. This seems dangerous, especially if they just throw such things in the trash for anyone to gain access to that info. This is how identities are stolen and bank info is stolen. Other places have checked the ID and swiped the card, but mostly they just say they have the info in their system. I understand wanting info in case someone trashes the room, but a photocopy is not the answer.
