"Very helpful manager Giulia; she got our room ready early, help arrange transportation to the airport, provided restaurant recommendations etc. The location was fabulous, near the colosseum, the forum, and other notable landmarks. Also the best bed out of five hotels in Italy ie not rock hard, yay!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return...

"Loved Laura! She communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. There was a marathon that blocked all roads whrn we were leaving and she made a special trip on a Sunday to ensure we could connect with our driver and actually led us to each other using our Whats App and the Italian language! Room was very large compared to others in Rome, huge bathroom and shower, and with a view of the Colosseum. 3 Restaurants on bottom level but so quiet. Metro, bus, 5 minute walk. Highly recommend...

The included: leaving toys in the room, providing baby shampoo, providing a baby cot, providing colouring sets during dinner. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough."
