"This is one of our favorite places to stay because it is always clean, convenient, with friendly staff. We did arrive late at night, and quickly unpacked to get ready for bed. Then we noticed there were bugs in the kitchen, climbing around the sink and up the walls. We let the front desk know, and were quickly moved to another room. I would have thought we would have received some kind of compensation for the gross incident, but that was it. We didn't have any problem with the rest of our stay. The new room was clean and comfortable, although our kids had a hard time sleeping with the thought of bugs around them."
