We absolutely loved our stay here. The little huts were so charming and full of character, and the whole place felt incredibly peaceful and special. The staff were also so lovely, warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We honestly could have stayed much longer and were sad to leave. Such a beautiful little place in Puglia and somewhere we’d happily return to.

Borgo is a fabulous respite from the stresses of adult life, calm and peaceful surroundings, clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast included and delicious choices for lunch/dinner should you wish to dine at the property - all freshly prepared with care. The staff are so kind and helpful, we have stayed here twice now and will be back again next Summer. If you are looking for a few days to switch off, in a tranquil area - whilst still being close enough to the towns and exploring the delight of the local area - Borgo is a perfect choice.

An absolutely stunning property, with beautiful rooms and a great pool. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The only criticism I could find, and really there weren’t any, is the food menu is a little limited as there is no food available between 2.30pm and dinner service. This wouldn’t stop me staying there again though, it is otherwise perfect.

Excellent hotel/ resort! Highly recommend. Clean, unique, secluded and a wonderful overall experience. Very peaceful, lovely (non heated) pool and great breakfast. I wish I would have booked to stay longer and would happily go back.

Absolutely gorgeous, well managed property. Beautiful suite in a stone trullo, and we enjoyed the infinity pool, excellent dinner and breakfast in a stunning setting surrounded by olive groves. So peaceful and relaxing. An oasis! Did not want to leave.

Hôtel is very nice and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are very dark and do not have a view and if the temperature outside is not high, do not try the AC ask for a heater ! Food was very good! Very pleasant stay

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. Staying in a trulli was a very special and enjoyable experience. The ground themselves are absolutely gorgeous, right in the middle of the countryside. Couldn’t be more immaculate. Pool was beautiful and never crowded (would have loved it a touch warmer!). Such a special and relaxing place to stay, with lots of great little towns to visit nearby. Highly recommended.

Borgo Canonica is a beautiful and very charming place with great service and attention from the staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, unique, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Puglia experience. The rooms and property are very well maintained and truly special. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a bit far from the main cities and attractions, so having a car is definitely recommended. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience.

Really lovely stay in the Trulli hotel, a small family feel to the hotel but everything you could need for a really relaxing stay. You will need a car to get around but it is a good base for exploring different bits of Puglia and the trulli are really beautiful.

We had an amazing stay the the hotel. We were there with our 14 week old baby and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating for us. The grounds, especially around the pool are beautiful, and the location is so peaceful. All of the food was of an incredible standard - very fresh and expansive breakfast offering, and incredible food served for dinner each evening, along with perfect wine recommendations. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly enough.

The hotel is truly amazing. Staff is excellent as are the rooms and amenities. It is in the middle of no where, which was great for us. You need a car if you stay here. The rooms are well appointed. Rooms and suites are a short walk from the reception and some rooms have steps inside to get to the bathroom, so be sure to check with the reception before you book.
