"My room was positioned right by the train track and busy streets. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Light rail and ambulances woke me up multiple times during the night and very early morning construction woke me up early in the morning."

"Room is pretty modernized but still bad finishing. Air conditioning did not cool plus is very loud! Fridge is also very loud when on. Also lots of noise from street. "

"It is a historic hotel do rooms and bathrooms are on the small size. I love the historic touches they still have. The room was clean and the staff was great. They have to parking so you have to park in a parking garage. We used one right around the block. My only complaint would be the bed was hard. It was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were not much better "

"Bottom floor was under construction so i couldn't get a first floor room. I have a bad knee so going up and down the stairs was terrible for me. ( no elevator) i got there a hour early and was charged a $10 early checkin fee. Never happen to me before in my life and ive probably stayed at over 200 hotels."

"The room had a well stocked snack and drink pantry. The beds were so comfortable and the pool was perfect. Kaitlyn was so friendly and helpful at check in. "

"The hotel is quite elegant. Both the pool and fitness room are first class. The staff person who checked us in made sure we had a room apart from the very large wedding party who were staying there. My only complaint is that there was a sizable unaccounted for expense on the receipt emailed to me. I was only able to look into the charge via email. I am still waiting to hear back from them regarding this expense. Had it not been for this discomfort, I would have given the hotel a five star rating if their billing department was more accessible in addressing my question about the unexpected expense. "

"Nice rooms. Wish hotels would stop it with the frosted glass or sliding doors that leave an open slot for the bathroom doors. It’s not comfortable to share a room with someone and have figures shadowed while using the toilet or getting into the shower. This hotel otherwise has a nice room that’s comfortable. Only one elevator was functional during our stay. Good restaurant and clean lobby "
