Victoria and the entire staff went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. With limited knowledge of the local language, we relied on their help to check in for our flight and confirm tour reservations—nothing was ever too much to ask. Victoria even recommended a fantastic beach resort for our day at San Lorenzo Beach. The level of service and hospitality was simply outstanding—it truly doesn’t get better than this."

"The hotel is right next to the downtown area of Catania, so it's conveniently walkable to many tourist attractions and restaurant. Just like many urban city hotels, the building itself was older, but the interior was renovated and looked nice. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful, even offering complimentary prosecco when we checked in. Parking costed 25 Euro/night but it was valet and the valet I had went the extra mile to help out with luggages."

"It is a 12 minute drive to airport and 10 minute walk to the main square. Great location. It had everything we needed, especially air conditioning!. There is also parking available too. Hotel staff was very helpful. "

"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for the morning before heading out to the town. "
