"Fantastic Stay at The Aviator (Room 104) ​I had a wonderful experience staying at The Aviator. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and care. ​Shoutout to Housekeeping: I stayed in Room 104, and I have to give a special mention to Amber. The clean room was absolutely pristine; her attention to detail was evident the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find such a high standard of cleanliness! ​Wonderful Staff: Beyond housekeeping, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay from start to finish. ​Comfort & Tech: The air conditioning worked perfectly—it was quiet and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature, which made for a great night's sleep. ​Prime Location: The location is incredibly convenient with several shops nearby. It was so easy to step out and grab anything I needed without having to trek across town. ​Bottom Line: Between the great service from people like Amber and the excellent facilities, I’d highly recommend The Aviator to anyone. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"The room was clean, large and well maintained. We were welcomed by a friendly lady (apologies i can not remember her name) even on our return in the evening we sat and spoke in the bar area. Great value for money and we would definitely return."

"OMG never seen such an awfull appartment, so dirty, cold, no WIFI, no teresteral TV, living room window was closed but didnt feel like it. Took about 20 mins to get into appartment as lock is knackered. We tried to get in touch many times onse so we couldnt stay there. We continued to try to contact every day and Hotels.com did as well. They eventually did try to call us but I missed the call, they followed this up with an email to which I did reply to twice, but still nothing. This has been very stressfull as the reason we were there was to settle my Mum into a care home. We were hoping to cook there but obv couldn't. We want our money back at least. I can't fault hotels.com as they have gone above and beyond I hold Sykes Cottages wholly responsible. I am hoping with this will prompt them to get in touch. Please stay clear of this property I would hate for anyone else to experience this. "

"Really nice place, little bit tight on space to move around the bed but it is what it is. Floor is a little squeaky, so that made me a bit concerned for the people below with me walking around. But apart from that it was perfect for my weekend trip. And being so close to the sea front for a morning/evening walk or to fgo sun yourself on the beach it's in a brilliant location."

"Our stay was fantastic and the communication between the owner was smooth. Caravan was clean and lots of quality utensils and cooking pots, i cant fault it at all. I will strongly recommend this host."

"Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away. "
