This place is clean and friendly. Our room as well appointed and the room was large. The ac system was consistent and the environment was peaceful with beautiful views and comfort surroundings. We will stay again.

We loved staying at this beautiful new hotel property in a lovely setting conveniently located between oldtown Cottonwood and Clarkdale. The patio and bar will be a great addition to the property as soon as they’re done.

OMG! What an incredible, cozy hotel! We looooooved it ALL! From the friendly and helpful staff, to the grand lobby, the elegant decor accessories, the boutique, the breakfast, everything was GREAT! The room was amazing... clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, view on the mountains and the sunrise, nice amenities like a small makeup towel and 6 pillows to choose from! Parking is easy. Breakfast lacks strong coffee (good but very light), fruits, bread like toasts (only english muffins to grill), more healthy cereal options like granola, Well located near Clarkdale and old town Cottonwood. About 30 minutes from Sedona most popular hiking trails. I wish the boutique had the same dark coloured cushion as in my room... I would have bought it!

Our door would not lock from the outside. Yiu could just push it open without even touching the handle. We alerted the front desk who came and tried to lock the door. When we arrived back hours later after our hot air balloon trip that morning the door still pushed right open. It still wouldn't auto lock/shut and their answer to the problem was to put the Do Not Disturb placard on the handle with our personal items inside! It was a beautiful hotel otherwise. Clean, updated, big bathroom, nice outdoor fire pits.
