Wonderful Vacation Stay

We loved staying at this home. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the river along with walking paths. We explored downtown Lewiston which was thriving with activity. Great location!

Rest and relax at Riverview

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverview home. A favorite was sitting around the fire pit on the deck with the beautiful view of the river. It was very clean, had everything we needed and was very spacious. The hosts were very accommodating with our baby needs.

Excellent property

This house was excellent. 5 very nice bedrooms, Everything was clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful overlooking the river. The trail along the river is just outside the back door. Plenty of room to park. This house worked out well for my group. Location was excellent as we were able to walk to plenty of food options!

Great home!

This is a great home. We had three couples stay and it was the perfect layout. The view of the river was amazing! The location was close to everything. We even walked to Arby's for milkshakes! Great home. We will definitely stay again!

Weekend retreat

Great house for large group

This house easily accommodated our 6 adults and 3 teens for the weekend. Brook is readily available and always answered quickly with any questions we had. House is clean and comfortable. Great views of the river.

Convenient river side location

The home is very spacious and the location is so easy to find. Views of the river from the house and deck are awesome. There is a really nice walking path beside the river, just a hop and skip away. We really enjoyed or family visit and defintely would stay again. Paula

Twins Great Grandma visit

The house was beautiful along with the view. The comfort of the beds were heavenly. The outside deck was a great adult and family time to chill after a wonderful dinner. We used all your utensils already in the house. Thank you and we will stay again!!

Stunning view of the Snake River

My three siblings and I had a reunion at this beautiful property. The visit exceeded our expectations in every way. The view of the Snake River was spectacular. The property was close to walking/biking trails and close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

This property is situated right on the river, with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed watching the sun rise! Each bedroom is comfortable and neatly appointed, with ample extra blankets and sheets should you need them. The kitchen has the basic tools needed for most cooking. There are multiple gathering areas, which was nice for our group. Visiting in January, we weren’t able to enjoy the lovely outdoor space. We’ll have to come back!

Cousin Gathering

Cousins from Oklahoma and Texas visited our Idaho cousins. The VRBO quickly became the central hub for all to gather. The full-size kitchen and grill provided us the amenities to cook and serve 15-20 people. More than enough seating for everyone the sit and eat. A perfect fit with a perfect view. Location was perfect too. Costco and Albertson shopping was just around the corner making it easy to stock fridge and grab last minutes items. Thanks for allowing the us the opportunity to stay. We will definitely be back.

Summer Vacation

In July 2023 our family headed back to Lewiston Clarkston valley for rest and relaxation, and look for property to build a home. We reserved our VRBO in Clarkston, Wa. It was awesome. A beautiful view of the river and surrounding area. We sat on the sun deck and roasted marshmallows with the kids. Smores were on the menu. Brook's property was beautiful and well kept. I spoke with Brook via text several times during our stay and she was very helpful. We have Thanksgiving reserved in her sisters place. Highly recommended property. Was nice to be home.

Wonderful!

This property is wonderful. It was a comfortable and spacious home base for us while we were visiting family who live in the LC valley. We stayed with our 2 kids (18 and 16) for 3 nights and it was the perfect amount of privacy and entertaining space. Coffee on the deck with views of the river and bridge was our morning routine. We even arranged an impromptu family photo at sunset on our last night. The property is centrally located, has plenty of parking and is in a quiet neighborhood. Brook was in constant contact with us and I didn't have to message her once because we didn't need anything or have any questions. :-) We have stayed in our fair share of VRBO properties over the years and I can't remember the last one that had everything that we could want without a trip to the grocery store first. Fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, spices, condiments, coffee, bedding, towels, soaps, and even a welcome note with treats! Hosting pizza night with take out from Fazzari's will probably be an annual tradition here. Can't wait to reserve our next visit.

The house had a nice arrangement for extended family coming into the state for a college graduation. We enjoyed the view of the river from the deck and ended up spending many hours there visiting with friends and family.My wife and I would highly recommend the house!

What a beautiful location, with a lot of space for a large family. There was a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with everything we needed. Brook was very responsive, check in and out was simple. Will hopefully stay here again.
