This brand new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, TV in the living area, an outdoor patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. This layout is ideal for working professionals looking to each have their own space or two couples looking to enjoy the pool in the summer. Go for a walk around community and feel welcome in our comfortable, professional environment. We look forward to serving you!

The Family Float at Autumn Ridge is hosted by Byers & Harvey. Enjoy our modern 812 sq ft, upstairs condo with a private entrance. We're located within eyesight of the pool and clubhouse. We have 2 parking spots in the main parking area which is located directly in front of the building.

GUEST ACCESS:
We're located at the top of the hill with views of the entire community, which includes the pool and clubhouse. Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 72 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
