"Excellent stay overnight. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. Ice machine down the hall, mini fridge in the room. Easy access by uber to go to the nearby art district so we can keep our car safely parked in free parking lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and included toiletries in pump bottles"

"Excellent stay"

I return after 2 hours to the staff telling me my double bed room was not available. They said they had another group to arrive and that because I didn’t pre check in that they can’t give me the room. I asked them how did I...
