About this property

Lake House

  • Old Florida 1920s lake house. This beautiful historic house sits on an acre on lake Crescent. You will have your own private beach and private boat dock with two slips. Lake Crescent is part of the Clermont chain of lakes so you will have access to 14 adjoining lakes via our pleasantly winding canals. On our chain of lakes are multiple restaurants and parks. So many FUN things to do. This house has accommodated multiple weddings throughout the years. Please no events unless approved by the owner. 16 miles from Disney properties, 30 miles to Universal properties, and both East coast and West coast beaches approximately one and a half hour away. Help yourself to put beach towels.
