"The rooms look clean. But when you really look, they are not. The sheets on the beds are so stretched out they won't stay on The best part of this hotel, is Moce, the restaurant. The girls are the best and sweetest. I find the desk clerks rude and disrespectful. When you are there for a sick loved one, you need compassion and not sarcasm."

"Great location! Parking was a little difficult, there is a reserved spot but wasn’t able to park there, due to other people just taking the spot. Overall it was a great experience and the host was amazing. "

"All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a nice surprise, (nice options) but would alert fellow future guests to note the hours breakfast is served. We got a late start and nearly missed it. Still staff was accommodating and patient. Will be staying there again."

Great kitchen amenities with everything our group of 7 needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was very responsive. "We stayed here with a large group and really appreciated how spacious the home was. It worked well for a mix of ages and needs, with plenty of room to sleep, relax, and spend time together. Plenty of entertainment was already provided. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of extra pillows and bedding, and the house was well-stocked with utensils and paper towels. Overall, the space itself was great for a group our size. However, cleanliness was a concern. The floors were quite dirty (our feet turned black), there was popcorn left in one of the beds, and we noticed dust and debris under furniture. It didn’t feel like the home had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. I brought this up with host and it sounds like it will be looked into, hopefully that won't be an issue for anyone else. We also ran into a few maintenance and supply issues. One bathroom was out of shampoo, and there wasn't enough toilet paper. We contacted the host and more supplies were dropped off in time, which we appreciated. The location was good, and with better cleaning and attention to a few details, this could be a great stay for large groups! We had a fantastic time and would consider staying again. Thank you!"
