Room was clean, friendly staff, hotel did not smell of cigarettes or weed. Parking lot was not plowed and was icy. For breakfast the hotel had limited choices, but lobby was clean. Easy to get to off the highway and perfectly fine for a quick space to sleep.

Hotel smelt of smoke when it was supposed to be 100% smoke free. Had to request to clean room on a long stay. But once requested room was cleaned well. Staff at reception and breakfast area need better training on customer care. Except for one person who was training a girl rest staff need improvement. However great location for my requirement with restaurants and shops close by.

This hotel was good. It was clean, quiet and the beds were good. The water pressure in the room's sink was rather low and the bathroom was fairly small. The staff was pleasant, but the breakfast could have used a jug of ice water for guests. The location is near a lot of restaurants, retail and highway access.

Just far enough from heavy traffic to be quiet but for dining and shopping everything you could think of is within a half mile of the hotel. Also close to major hospital which is why I stayed there.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We came down for breakfast right as they were closing and they allowed us to get food. One staff memeber even made 2 waffles for my kids. The room was exactly what we needed. We would be happy to stay there again.
