"The property is located in a neighborhood that is currently undergoing a revitalization. The motel is safe, clean and operated by a wonderful family. I would stay there again."
"Arrived only to learn that the property was CONDEMNED back in April! (Ever try to book a last minute 3-night stay anywhere within an hour of Cooperstown on Hall of Fame weekend? There is a reason I booked 6 months in advance, and even then it was slim pickings!) Perhaps some day we’ll look back on this and laugh, but today is not that day. "

"Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door. "
"This little place is nestled right next to the highway, but the room is well insulated against noise. It is noisy by the pool, but it is a lovely, good sized hotel pool which we all enjoyed. We brought blow ups for it. The owners definitely take pride in how they run the Hotel. Right next door is the Erie Canal Cruise place (loved that) and it's close to Cooperstown and Howe Caverns and other regional sites. Picnic tables, Continental breakfast, vending machines. Its a great value."
"The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. The refrigerator and freezer were very efficient. The tv & remote worked well. Room security was good. The in-room coffee maker's directions couldn't be read clearly, so we didn't use it. There was an ice bucket, but no directions on where to find the ice machine. The furniture was very tired and in need of replacement. No additional amenities were provided...the lobby did not provide coffee, snacks for purchase, nor a list of nearby places to eat. "

"We were very happy with the accommodations there. The rooms were very quiet & spacious and the the beds were very comfortable. The food options were pretty good. They have a few different dining options that were all very affordable. Nice quiet location just 12 minutes away from Turning Stone and 20 minutes away from Utica. Did wish that they had a Continental breakfast available on the weekends tho. Overall, very happy with this hotel. Will stay there again!"
