"If you are thinking about booking this property over a motel in Clinton or in the area, just do it! Frank was great to work with and super nice guy! After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. This VRBO is newly built and really clean and quiet and you can have your morning coffee out on the deck with a view of the Mississippi. There is also a pickleball court right outside your door if you are into that. It was also nice that they are pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again, as we have family in the area.Thanks!"

"I had an absolutely terrible stay. Check-in took 20 minutes. Then, I got to my room and found the place filthy; dirt in the shower, stained garbage cans, and dirty counters. The water in the room comes out brown for the first few seconds, and the shower, sink, and AC all broke during the duration of my stay. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life."

"Room 457 no tv remote, carpet looked stiff from not cleaning"

"Staff was friendly and welcoming. Basically pretty clean, except for refrigerator ~ something had been spilled by previous occupants and had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast was good - decaf coffee was barely warm - some items had been cleaned out by the early leaving guests and not replenished."

"Loose rail by stairs, doors slam so loudly there's nothing to slow them down. There's no carpet in rooms so the noise just carries. "

"Beautiful historic farmhouse, has that feel to it, but with all the modern amenities you would want. Decorated very nicely. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Right on the river. Would definitely stay here again "
