First of all, there was no shampoo or conditioner or soap, and it was very smoky there. It made me very sick. I went home. I tried to get a refund the manager supposed to call me back very disappointing.

No communication between staff and front desk person (system). I was told to get my stuff, when I already paid for a night. I got int a heated conversation with the GM which was not necessary if they checked their system correctly.
