"The room was dirty. Sheets were stained. Only had 2 pillows for 4 guest. Had 3 towels for 4 guest. Have always been a Hilton Honors member. Worst stay to date. Didn’t have any waffles. No milk for cereal. Juice was gone. Ran out of silverware. Not worth $250 stay. Have never wrote a review to date, but this was awful. "

"This is obviously an older property, but it seems to be well kept and it’s very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s was easy to find parking. "

"My husband stayed for his conference. He said the room and staff were wonderful. He felt comfortable and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of food for the breakfast. He was happy with my choice for him. "

"The room was poorly kept up. The shower tiles were stained. The floors in the room and table were sticky. The calki g was hap hazardly applyed around the base of toilet and sink. I almost llokes like some mold... The elevator floor was stick. my room stinked like old musty furniture..."

"Property was terrible the room was dirty and had a terrible smell. The staff was very rude we had a mix up with our reservation they wouldnt refund so we lost the money we paid and still had to purchase another room so we were out of alot of money"

"Rooms were dirty old hair everywhere, stool dried on the seats. Then moved to a second room and it was leaking water from the tub to the kitchen. "

"PROS: Room was spacious, clean linens and comfortable bed. Relatively quiet. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. CONS: Hair on the vanity, toiletries from previous guest in the shower, lint/dirt on the bathroom floor, popcorn ceiling peeling. Inroom keurig choices were green tea, and 2 decaf blends- who drinks decaf coffee in the morning? Breakfast options were oatmeal, yogurt, and waffles. We needed a room to sleep for 1 night, and it satisfied that requirement. I would probably look for other options if I ever need to stay in Jackson. "

"The first room we got the sheets weren't clean. They were stained and had hair on them. I have pictures, went down to the front desk and the lady gave us another room which also had hair on the bed and toenails on the floor. Unfortunately we were so tired we gave up and just stuck with that room. There was no hand soap either. I've stayed at spark hotels before in other states. This is by far the worst spark hotel I've ever been at all the other ones were clean with good customer service. Super disappointed. Won't come again. Oh, and the shower faucet handle fell off when I touched it lol. And the entire place smelled like weed"
