There were zero problems with our stay. Hotel is older but renovations seem to be happening. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you have dinner, cocktail’s and breakfast included. Everything was good. Location was close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Everyone was so sweet and kind. The front desk to the food service crew and bartender were all so friendly and welcoming. This is our 2nd visit this year and we will continue to stay here every visit to this area. I did notice that there were scuff marks on the walls due to others travelers. And one sticky stain on the floor in the bedroom but overall the room was good.

Prado was not elegant or luxurious. Room was dirty, which required us the guest to clean, not sure what was growing on the wallpaper or the bed frame (see photo's). Room thermostat didn't work, furnature was worn & stained, light fixtures were rusting & stained, in room electrical outlets apear to be potential safety hazards, hot tub was cold, alcohol was not top shelf, but they did provide a good breakfast. Do not recommend.
