It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a shower room with WC

- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)

- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. The public beach car park is also 100 metres away.
