"We are local and go somewhere every year for a business retreat. We stayed at this hotel last year and decided to stay again this year. I was surprised when I arrived that there is a $10/day/car parking charge, which was not disclosed in the booking per Colorado’s House Bill 25-1090 to prohibit Junk Fees. I pushed back and Hotels.com stated that they did disclose it - by making the user click twice to get to the tiny verbiage that said there may be additional fees. I have screen shots, I have comparable screen shots for how it should look and how their other bookings look, and nothing. So, beware there is a useless $10 charge for parking in not-busy-at-all Broomfield Colorado and Hotels.com will not help with the issue at all. The hotel was of no help either, which soured our experience. I really liked this place last year but we will not be staying again."

"The bed was comfy, the room was quiet, we appreciate a separate living room area/kitchen and love the 12 pm checkout. The front desk staff weren't exceptionally friendly and there was long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom so not super clean. Be aware that the pool was under maintenance (although it is winter) and that the lobby bathrooms were under construction. Overall, ok for the price, but room for improvement."

"A very nice spot for us to stay it served its purpose fabulous location and the property was very clean and a pleasant surprise. Had some issues with the room the TV wouldn't function so we moved next door that was easily fixed otherwise it was a good experience nice little breakfast in the morning was very handy. Tremendous value"

"You get what you pay for. This hotel is clearly running on minimal staff and they obviously do not care about the grounds of the property- cigarette butts and trash everywhere on all the grassy areas. Sketchy, dark parking lot at night on the west side. When walking my dog late night after an event in Boulder, I noticed 2 separate cars where travelers were parked back there sleeping or just hanging out in their cars. Creepy. The parking lot that faces east near the entrance filled up at night, understandably so. Nobody wants to park on the backside for good reason... There are people clearly living in many of the rooms, so they must rent it out for people who are in-between homes or whatnot. A lot of smokers so it was impossible to keep window open at night for fresh air because the smokers are right outside at all hours of the night. My room was upstairs in an area that also featured furniture and junk shoved in the corner of the same hallway. Not a welcoming sight. It's wintertime in Colorado. Why was there not a blanket to place over the bed? It was two layers of sheets and that was it. My pillows were all clumpy. I knew what I was signing up for when I booked this place- just a cheap place to rest head for one single night. At least they allow dogs, for that I am grateful. "

"Upon check-in, we were not informed that the gym was closed 9-6 each day and were not informed that the water to the building would be shut off on Saturday night starting at 10:00 PM. Further, we were assigned to the end of the hotel undergoing renovations and therefore it was not clean, in a state of repair and smelled like construction. The overall room was dated and the furniture in the room was old and worn."

"We were super bummed when we arrived and the pool and hot tub were outside and closed for the season, the staff member that checked us in was amazing! We appreciate how helpful and kind she was to us! Small but very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Best Breakfast!"
