"Beautiful views and lovely book themed rooms. I got really good book recommendations from the books they put in my room. I could see the lighthouse and the beach from my north facing room. It also had a nice balcony on the first floor.
The only things to consider are lack of elevators, air conditioning and mini fridge in the room. "
"The Newport Belle was a refurbished paddle boat. It is so well done that the pictures don’t do it justice. Our room was darling and spotless. "As a place to stay on the coast for one night, I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick and host to the point (yet cordial).
It was the room I was impressed by. Laminate flooring (great idea for cleaning!) and modern design with a fitting mural above the bed. Coffee machine was a nice (though standard) touch - simple and worked well.
Turning on heat was easy - using the thermometer vs directly on the unit. Being comfortable wasn't challenging.
